Refund & Cancellation Policy

Consultations

Introductory calls booked through our site are free. Scheduled calls can be rescheduled or cancelled at any time through the link in your booking confirmation.

Project engagements

• Before work begins: if you cancel a confirmed engagement before work has started, any deposit paid is refunded in full.
• After work begins:you may cancel with 14 days' written notice. You pay for work completed up to the effective cancellation date (calculated against the agreed fee and progress); any remaining prepaid balance is refunded within 14 days.
• Completed milestones and delivered work are non-refundable once accepted.

Ongoing (retainer) services

Monthly services may be cancelled with 14 days' written notice before the next billing date. Amounts already billed for the current period are not refunded, and service continues through the end of the paid period.

Issues with delivered work

If a deliverable does not match the agreed specification, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will correct it at no charge. If we cannot correct a material defect within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a proportionate refund for the affected work.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Depending on your bank, funds may take additional days to appear.
